The Barracks

I’ve been out and about this morning and I walked back via the Barracks.

They were built in the early 20th century on the site of King's House, an unfinished palace designed by Sir Christopher Wren for Charles II.

In the evening Nigel and I have been out to a concert this evening. The band were great but it would have been good to have been able to dance rather than remain seated.
