And this will be the view from my living room window, minus the construction debris.
It is going to be so different living in a place where maintenance gets done. The whole place has been painted. New hardware will be on the kitchen cupboard doors by the time I move in next week. New smoke detectors are installed and she will provide a fire extinguisher. The bathtub will have new mold free caulking on it. When I looked at the place there was carpet on the stairs coming up from the front door. I asked if it was going to stay, and she said it didn't have to, so it has been removed already. I have a copy of the signed lease and the inspection report.
And I get to make the yard look spectacular! The best thing, I have photos of what it looked like in 2022.
Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer, but it is supposed to rain. My crew is going to move plants and outdoor stuff tomorrow. Not sure if we will get any boxes moved, hopefully some of them will get moved.
