Rose (Day 3475)

The overnight painkillers didn't work very well last night, so I was tired, sore and a little grumpy as I made my way to work.
The job for the day was supposed to be part one of changing a low pressure hot water system to a high pressure one. I did my best to ignore the pain and got on with removing the old cylinder and water tank and getting the new cylinder in place and piped up. As I worked, the sciatica eased off.
I worked a longer day than normal, but got everything finished off so I don't need to go back tomorrow. 
Back home for dinner with my beautiful wife and then a visit from Mum and Birsay.
