Pilates this morning - Nigel doesn't need an operation on his wrist after all, phew - then M1 and A19 up to Tynemouth. 

Out with the Wallsend Gels this evening - a lovely meal, and conversation that ranged from pegging washing out and COVID jabs, to the election in the USA via wars in Ukraine and Gaza...

A pleasant walk round the block when we got back - BBQ fun on the beach at King Edward's Bay ;)
