First of the Year

We had invited visitors round this afternoon to watch the recording of a Borders Life tv programme with us.  We only live a few miles apart from each other but we get different local tv stations - they get STV and we receive ITV Borders.  It gave us a good excuse for a get together with tea and my first mince pies of the year.
