Transition

Going from the scary to the merry and skipping the - oh what’s a good, rhyming word for gratitude or thanksgiving . . . I can’t think straight these days.
But, things aren’t all bad - I bought new binoculars today and am pleased as can be. My old pair is lost somewhere on the plains of McHenry County, North Dakota. We shopped at BAO (formerly Audubon) where it’s merry every day. I tried 8 pairs and ended with the same model as the ones I lost. Really good to try so many. My new Vortex 8x42 are bright, easy to adjust, focus close-up to 5’, and cost a bit less than they did two years ago.
