Sorry Maisie, I know you were trying to sleep but you are just so damn cute.

A nice laid back day of sorting photos this morning and entertaining friends this afternoon. My friend Alison is the very best kind of friend, one of the calmest, loveliest people I know, who quietly sees and understands everything, and always makes things better. She also shares my deep and abiding love of cake.

Little Ginger Boy always enjoys an afternoon of Minecraft with fellow ginger, Tom, and his sister Claire so it was good times all round.
