Out walking !

The weather is unusual for the time of year and I couldn’t resist the autumnal trees standing tall against the blue skies . Keith and I were out for a couple of hours with Bramble . It was damp and gloomy when we left but morphed into a bright sunshiny day. Dave lit the first outdoor fire of the season and we had a small gathering oiled by wine and beer. It is so lovely to be enjoying these moments with J and K and then our neighbour, who is just back from climbing Kilimanjaro, joined us and we heard all about his adventures.
