Paddling

There are swans in the (very far) distance, a parent pair and two teenagers. I wonder if parent swans paddle as furiously as parent humans?

Quarterly conference today and tomorrow, today spend on some surprisingly interesting and thoughtful personal development. When you think you're doing OK at something bit it turns out you're maybe not as good as you thought you were. 

Tomorrow is more governance stuff, with a couple of decisions to be agreed and voted on.
