Treat Tuesday

Quick walk before my physio appointment, acupuncture and pulse therapy to my shoulder. It's gradually got more and more comfortable as the day goes on.
Weekly treat for the dogs at Welly walk lillyponds.

Went for a run when we got home, it was supposed to be a gentle easy run. I was enjoying it so much I ended running the fastest time on that route without even realising it.
