Canal du Midi - Day 8

A wet visit to Carcassonne, but it is a lovely place.  I was struck by this sculpture of Lady  Carcas - https://www.loccitane-carcassonne.com/blog/the-legend-of-dame-carcas .

Then the weather improved and we set off to a vinyard.  Not that impressed with the wines, but the view was lovely.

Finally our final evening meal at the Captain's Table and a chance to thank the wonderful staff who had looked after us so well.
