Guinness Treacle. & Walnut Bread…!!!

Stirred up a small Christmas pudding mix and only used half a can of Guinness in the process…..so the rest of it went into this loaf of bread…!
It’s an Odlums Ireland recipe….(our chief flour producers here in Ireland)…
Quality products!!
The recipe was of course ‘tweaked’ by me to my exact liking but believe me when I tell you that it is SO delicious….!
I may just have to open another can of Guinness…!!!!
Extra is the jars of homemade Mincemeat for the tarts and pies etc…
It’s starting to ‘smell’ a lot like Christmas round here…

I’ve been busy getting ‘bits’ sorted for the Christmas Fair coming up ..
And doing the sorting and reorganising bits in the house for my kitchen/dining and TV craft room …!
