Lest We Forget

So, this afternoon, Noah asked me if I had observed the 2 minute silence. I asked him if they (Reception Class at Ash Grange School) had done so. Yes, he said, it was 2 minutes! Just next door to the school is St Peter's, Ash. There is a large graveyard and a small museum (not open) which looks as though it was a chapel at some stage. There were a few Commonwealth War Graves. I went a little early to meet Noah and managed to find them. If they had been a little cleaner and better kept, and if we had a little more spare time, I would have diverted with Noah to show him. Perhaps he is a little young. But I think I might try in the coming weeks.
