Naval memorial

This memorial records the names of all those who sailed to war from Portsmouth and lost their lives at sea.

It is positioned on Southsea Common overlooking the Solent. The late afternoon sky today, made the perfect dramatic backdrop for this imposing monument .

No other drama today just a fun shopping trip. My sister and I had our annual Xmas trip to buy each other a top for Xmas. Nice!
