Well jel

According to my brother - the kids these days are saying they're 'well jel' of each other. After a quick google there seems to be whole online communities of people who are openly well jel about others - including the popular 'well jel of my channel'.

Anyway, tonight was the first meet of the 2013 Saltire Fellows - off to Boston and China in September.

Safe to say I'm well jel.

This time last year it was me and I felt physically sick- it was the moment I realised I'd quit my job and was about to move overseas with a bunch of total strangers. As all good things, if it doesn't scare you it's not worth doing and 12 months later I'm in a job I love and those strangers have become close friends.

A great new group of strangers came together tonight as the 2013 cohort - how exciting! - look forward to seeing the work they do and the friendships blossom over the next 6 months.
