Beach clean

We went along to a beach in South Uist to see what Storm Ashley had washed up. The beach near the rocket range is usually a hotspot for interesting things that have travelled across the Atlantic - it’s where we previously found a witches broom and a sea bean!

This time it was mostly plastic and rope. Managed to salvage some handy lengths of rope that we can put to use, and some timber for kindling. But the amount of plastic is obscene, from large items to tiny fragments.
