Welcome To Brolly Wood

This is part of Brolly Wood, an art installation in Clark's Village at the moment created by 3 artists from Bristol; they have wrapped the trunks and branches of some of the trees in sparkly* material and hung brightly coloured umbrellas amongst the leaves - it's certainly created a lot of interest and brightened the area up. We'd gone looking, unsuccessfully, for some sandals and a travel bag for our upcoming trips.

Nasty incident this afternoon, when the air ambulance landed in the car park across the road and the High Street was filled with ambulances, fire engines and police vehicles. Apparently, a local butcher (not my friendly Yeovil-supporting one)had trapped his hand in a mincing machine - doesn't bear thinking about.
