Breathe

This memorial stands in Norwich city centre. I pass it on my way to the library. I rather like it. The inscription on the plinth reads " raised by the living in memory of the dead : only a breathe divides them". It realy stopped me in my tracks the first time I read that. It's such a profound truth I for one forget!. I like the lack of militaristic language and how inclusive it is.
