Yet another dull misty day

Yet again totally overcast, no wind and a slight mistiness restricting long views.  By late afternoon it was actually producing a fine drizzle.

For today's birch tree, I have not gone overboard with the processing and not used any texture overlay.  I have though increased the lightness and clarity so it is not as grey as it was in reality.  I hope I have kept some of the atmosphere.

The graininess is in part due to it being a 1280 x 960 crop from a much larger image. That has been increased by the processing that I applied to bring out more detail.
