Saturday morning, and I walk along the Altea sea front, meet a friend, and we enjoy a Spanish breakfast on the terrace of the Club Nautico…
Toast with freshly grated tomato topped with jamón serrano, orange juice and a café con leche.

and it’s pretty near perfect!
