Slotplaats

I've been texting back and forth with Ilona, one of my fellow travel guides at Fotografie-Reizen. We decided to meet in person and what better way to do this than by going out for an early morning landscape photography shoot? Our destination: the woods at the Slotplaats in Bakkeveen.

We were hoping for a bit of mist and/or some beautiful early morning sunlight through the trees. We got neither, but the grey sky made it possible to just keep shooting as there were never any contrasts. We arrived at seven 'o clock this morning and before we knew it, it was suddenly past eleven! We then drove back to Groningen, where we enjoyed something to eat and drink, before going back home. What a wonderful morning this has been. Thanks Ilona!
