Going, going.........

..........but not gone.

The man in the photo is sorting through books to decide what he'll buy.
Like a lot of people our age, we're doing our best to make it easier if we need to move at some time, and also to make the job of cleaning less onerous.for the kids.
As you can see, there's a lot. There have been many visits from this man, and others, and we're at last beginning to see a difference.

I wish I'd written down the paint colour,

As many of you will know, finding a home for books is hard, and becoming harder. The next step will probably be sending the lot to a book fair.
It's hard.

I've really posted this, not just because it defined the day, but so you can all feel a whole lot better about your lot:)
