A Well Equipped Kitchen

I know everyone mocks me when I say this but how good is it to have a well equipped kitchen to make a nice iced coffee in the afternoon! Had work at the Rocher, and then straight to the creperie. Between my two shifts I took an unnecessarily long nap which then prevented me from sleeping at night. I keep having those dreams where I'm still waitressing! Working my way through all the crepes is the best part of the job!
