Upstairs down stairs

I was late tonight, coaching my athletes 2 new runners in the stable teaching them how to run and putting them through drills, and they get to see Millie in action. In one months time Millie has the honour of doning the Black Singlet of New Zealand when she goes to Australia to represent New Zealand Secondary Schools at the Australian Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships. Millie had an audience today, three spectactars are old girls from her school and one has known the girl (who is the best 3000 and 1500 metre runner in the country and last year was 5th in the world) since she was a baby and that is the girl, Millie looks up to and also runs against, they are now not only rival competiters but friends.
