Out for a run

Having an easy day.
Walked the dogs in the woods, unfortunately Dina got stung by a wasp the furthest away from the van. She seemed somewhat perplexed and kept worrying her left haunch, and was rather clingy on the way back. Fortunately I had some piriton in the van so she was settling by the time we got home.
Decided I needed a run this afternoon, so donned my running kit and off for a slightly longer run than usual. Saw this sign while I was crossing a small bridge
