Popart Traffic

The Santa Anna winds were blowing this morning reminding me that I have used this technique in windy conditions a few times in the past. The wind had nothing to do with the final result, in fact it had dropped considerably by this time, but I went ahead with my plan anyway. Turns out, fast moving traffic makes for a far more interesting result than some previous efforts.
