Foiled

Had big plans for today. Got up, made a sandwich, packed the rucksack with supplies (including for the dog) and made the short trip to the start of the planned walk.
As I neared the car park and it was pretty obvious that the low cloud was set in and that heading uphill would be pretty pointless.
So instead we went for a walk in the woods. It was lovely. But not what I had planned.
