Crafty Play

I had booked a place on the Crafty Play session at the Village Hall.in the afternoon. There was supposed to be a choice between Lino printing and clay work and I quite fancied trying Lino printing. Sadly, when I arrived there, I found that the person leading the Lino printing was unable to attend so I was given the option of drawing. I soon discovered that this was really not my forte but it was fun trying. It was also enjoyable chatting to the other folk there, some of whom I had never met before.
These grey days make it difficult for me to feel inspired when trying to capture a blip so I have chosen this book which I have recently enjoyed. It is quite light-hearted with a clever turn of humour..
