HYDRANGEA HEADS

For Flower Friday, thanks as ever to BikerBear ~ Anni ~ for hosting.

I’ve had a nice quiet day.  Went to see my dear friend Rose and we popped out for a light lunch at a Farm Shop/Tea Room near her.  I have an online version of the photobook I’ve done as the 90th Birthday present for our honoured guest at the lunch party we’ve organised for him next weekend and which I shared with her.    We enjoyed reliving all the lovely memories.
 
Whilst I was with Rose her gardener appeared to rake up leaves and was about to take out all these lovely Hydrangea heads.  Before he did so I picked quite a few and have replenished my sadly declining dried flower arrangement on the top of my kitchen cupboards.
