Pan roeddwn i arfer mynd allan i'r gwaith baswn i'n dod adre a gofyn i Nor'dzin beth wnaeth hi yn y diwrnod. Os atebodd hi doedd hi ddim yn gwneud llawer, baswn i'n gofyn iddi hi wneud rhestr o'r pethau gwnaeth hi. Ac roedd hi lawer, bob tro.

Nawr rydw i'n byw gartre, wedi ymddeol, mewn theori, a rhai o ddiwrnodau rydw i'n gofyn fy hun yr un cwestiwn, oherwydd weithiau mae'n teimlo fel mae'r diwrnod wedi pasio yn rhy gyflym.

Wel heddiw rydw i wedi gwneud torth o fara, wedi stacio pren, aeth adre â  ci sy'n crwydro, ac yn helpu Nor'dzin yn casglu blwch o lyfrau o’r lyfrgell. Digon am un diwrnod. rydw i'n meddwl.

When I used to go out to work I would come home and ask Nor'dzin what she did that day. If she answered she didn't do much, I would ask her to make a list of the things she did. And it was a lot, every time.

Now I live at home, retired, in theory, and some days I ask myself the same question, because sometimes it feels like the day has passed too quickly.

Well today I've made a loaf of bread, stacked wood, took  a stray dog ​​home, and helped Nor'dzin collect a box of books from the library. Enough for one day. i think
