Sick Day

It had been threatening for a couple of days but 'it' has finally arrived.  In times gone by I would have called it gastric flu, but I'm sure it will have a different medical name nowadays. 

So a do nothing and eat nothing day, but I am scheduled to be babysitting with HarlingDarling tonight. Hence the Boots equivalent of Day Nurse. Fight the symptoms with drugs, and let the body fight the bug. Hopefully, it will be short lived.
