We've Gone Loco, Man!

After the yellow banner peas filled the meadows in June, now the purple and magenta Colorado Loco has taken over. Everywhere -- no, really, EVERYWHERE -- on the dry, sunny hillsides these spikey plants are blooming. Sometimes all you can see is a field full of purple.
