Madrid!

Back blip

I had my private class with Miguel in the afternoon, then back home for a quick turnaround to Sants station with Bb to come to Madrid on the 17.25hrs high speed train. We were already packed and ‘just’ had to lock up the house, set up various lamps on automatic timers and make sure all our drain covers were off etc in case of rain.

Lovely to be back and feel the Madrileño energy! We opted for an easy night tonight and so came to our favourite (well the only one we’ve tried tbh, but it’s excellent!) and nearby Korean restaurant, Kangnam on Calle Pajaritos. Great food and good value and we were lucky to get a table before it got busier later on. A wee walk round the streets and onto Plaza Oriente before back to our usual hostal and bed.
