Mad busy day. Brightened by my first patient being a guy I helped through bilateral cataract in 2016, finally tracked me down. The loveliest catch up and a big hug at the end. One of life’s gents.
No lunch with an emergency uveitis coming in just before so a long wait to get thru to the Acute Referral Clinic and then packed her off with her fingers crossed that it doesn’t get too much worse.
Normal eye pressures are between 10-20mmHg. Her right eye was rising 36. Not good!

Gurgling stomach the rest of the day so glad when the sun went down and I could get home. Sleepy on the sofa as only two hours sleep last night ( thanks Mum) Trying to watch Lincoln Lawyer but not a programme you can snooze through.
