Skidddaw in the mist

A strange morning when we went to U3A this morning, we were in and out of  mist all the way along the A66, but for the first time in weeks the sun kept showing its face and there was a bit of blue sky.
Three of us went for coffee after the meeting and it was quite beautiful looking towards Skiddaw.
