Walking shoes

Fully intended to take part in MonoMonday hence the picture of my walking shoes which get out on when I get up every morning to take Phin out for his early walk but I’m so late posting this!

I’ve been feeling a bit rubbish since we got home firm holiday, various aches and pains and a low grade headache so didn’t actually do very much today apart from a longer dog walk this morning. I had hoped it would stretch out my legs and whilst it did, I’m still achey.
