An Old Friend

Sorting out a cupboard I found this recipe book - an old friend - which I haven't seen for some time. Those famliar with BBC Radio 4's 'The Archers' will well remember Jennifer Aldridge who gained a reputation for entertaining in style at Home Farm.   There are some excellent recipes by other members too with a typical one from Lilian Bellamy entitled Lilian's Posh Fish Pie which she says is best eaten with a fork in one hand and a glass in the other.   As you would expect.
