Harlequin ladybird.

A harlequin can mean a clown or person not to be taken seriously although, to the native ladybirds, this recently introduced species (2004) is anything but. It eats them. 
Extra: The glossy ibis allowed me three shots before it flew off. Still nice to see it though.
