Hanging About.

Good news. After chasing and chasing the chippy up for weeks, he turned up today to measure up for some work he needs to complete. Hopefully he will get it done next week. Then all we need from him is to build the covered area over the patio. Then we will be done with carpentry tasks that need doing.
