Had a beautiful training ride along the Stroudwater Navigation tonight. Sprints, paced sections and loads of stops and chats to anglers made for a properly enjoyable ninety minutes as the sun set. By the end of it, my beta-endorphin levels were soaring.

Fare well little grey one. There's nothing ugly about you and that's for sure.
