What. A. Day.

Woke to the news from across the pond, we have devastated friends over there. 
Then some extremely sad news from Danny's family. So all in all a very odd day...punctuated by great rolls of thunder (though no rain).
Chaplaincy course tonight...good to be with them all.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Asha sending me a pic from last night (extras), though he's back under the bed again now. The blip is from the launderette where we were having to clean Asha's bedding courtesy of Tux yesterday! 
2) Getting a quick catch up with Stephen who's been here for a few days. So good to have a bus journey together.
3) Hope, in a very very crazy world.
