Cinema Paradiso

There is a new movie club in Kinsale, in an old de-consecrated church. Tonight was the first night and they showed Cinema Paradiso. It was very lovely. An antidote to the news from overseas and a sad empty house. 
In other news I traded in two old Tamron lenses for a fixed lens, 85mm. It will force me to make more of an effort and my photos should be sharper, which is what I'm really looking for. And a lighter load to carry around with me.
