Ugh, croaky this morning, then coughy, and noseblowy this evening.  Mum and Dad came round early with a jar of honey for to ladle into cups of tea, and some rather deluxe tissues.  After a bit I went for a walk round the block the long way to get some fresh air, and did something like 5000 steps.  I found another of those old Post Office Telephones utility covers while out.

I didn't do much the rest of the day except sit and read, and maybe pore over wiring diagrams again and drink Lemsip.

I very rarely comment on current affairs, but the world just got a lot more scary, both in the short term and the long.
