Wednesday
Up early to meet my peer support J at 9.45 outside a coffee shop. Walked there and she was inside ordering a coffee. I grabbed a tea and we had a walk through the park, multiple times. Getting to know each other, exchanging info. It was intense at times, knowing what to say, how much to say, what to ask her, if anything. I like her, she is easy to talk to so hopefully this will work.
Left J and walked down Leith Walk and decided to get the tram home. Down by the shore/port the water was so calm I saw the reflections first.
I felt utterly exhausted when I got home, mentally and physically as by 11am I had done more than 11,000 steps. The afternoon I floated round the flat doing nothing . My back was sore from walking so slowly round the park I did some stretches and somatic pilates.
