Over the fields to the town

Still lacking daylight but got out with J for a walk through the park and beyond.

Having trouble fighting the negative waves but my 6 month routine blood test shows no change so that helps a little.

Tried more classical music as a first choice. radio 3 until there is too much talking then classic FM until an advert comes on. Both would be better without any news bulletins unless it really is the end of the world though perhaps even then it would’ve better not to know.

Not sure about the Classic FM calm option or the even newer Radio3 Unwind though I am going to try again
