Bullfinch's Breakfast

It seemed a good idea to have some brightness on a gloomy day. Gloomy weather but worse still the gloom of the US election. I said more or less the same eight years ago.  It isn't confirmed as I blip but it seems inevitable that the dangerous, climate change denying, coarse, lewd, misogynistic  convicted criminal will return to power. I can think of three or maybe four countries in the world whose leaders will celebrate this result. And of course enough people in the US to restore their country to despotism and chaos. 

I'm going out soon to walk with a friend. Then I'll collect the girls from school and once I'm home I'll attend an online meeting in support of my trustee role. 

The blip is a bullfinch enjoying the remnants of the rowan berries.
