Rachel has her ears pierced.

Rachel was so excited as we drove to Northampton to get her ears pierced with her best friend Lucy today.

Lucy went first and she was all smiles, and then it was Rachel's turn. I honestly thought that she was going to back out at the last minute as she became overly talkative and started this nervous laugh. I chuckled to myself when the lady at the jewellers drew on Rachel's ears with a blue pen, and Rach says "my favourite colour is blue"!

Once they were done I thought Rachel was going to faint! The lady went and got her a drink and that calmed her down a bit.

All afternoon she has had this cheeky grin on her face and she loves her new earrings..... Result!
