Red....

I haven't blipped for a while.  I have been in Ireland for a scan (which thankfully was good),  then I have been doing a lot of speaking engagements talking about my work in Zambia.  
I was due to return to Zambia yesterday but unfortunately on Saturday I had severe chest pain and had to go to A&E.  The doctor could not find anything specifically wrong but wants me to have another test, so I have had to delay my return.

I am quite upset about this even though I know my health is important, but I just need to be patient again!  My bags are still packed in the hope that I can return in the next few weeks!
