Two Approaches

At the Corn Bar, the squirrels have different ways of snacking on the corn.  These two didn't both with the wee tractor seat preferring a more "paws on" approach.  They are free to choose.  Americans are free to choose too and today is "D-Day", decision day as we have finally reached the last day of voting in the presidential race.  Kamala gave an impassioned speech in Philly last night in front of 30,000 people as her last call for people to defend democracy. Her speech in Washington, DC six days ago drew a crowd of 75,000.  Of course, for me and millions of others, there is really only one choice, the Harris/Walz ticket but now the agonizing wait begins.  I am feeling cautiously optimistic this morning that she will be our next, and first women, president.  All positive thoughts and prayers are most welcome.
