Today we met up with old friends Richard and Juliet in Salisbury. It’s been a while since we had a catch up and it was so good to spend the day with the,. We met in a park and ride and got the bus into the city - super easy.
Then went to the cathedral. Coffee first in the lovely cafe there then a wander around  the incredible building. Soon time for lunch - again in the cathedral cafe then went to see the Magna Carta. Can’t believe how small the actual thing is, but they presented it all superbly, with the whole thing printed in English for peasants like us!
 We had such a great day with our friends - Richard was the minister of the church we attended before we moved to the coast, and he retired to Bognor about a month before we moved to Weymouth. Juliet was my prayer partner for the time they were at the church.
